Data, IoT and AI at the edge devices create magnificent opportunities for embedded systems growth

Manufacturers are keen to understand how to efficiently monetize real-time data by collecting and analyzing information right at the edge where embedded systems are deployed. Whether building new systems or enhancing existing products, they are entering the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) arena. Do you have a comprehensive understanding of how to apply data management practices at the edge? Are you aware of hidden dangers and challenges that await data focused embedded systems?

In this webinar, we will present an overview of the most significant challenges and how to leverage devices at the edge to optimize data throughput and latency. We will introduce you to the fundamentals of ITTIA DB for data processing, analytics, storage, and transmission, then explain how to build a data-driven edge application to capture time series data. As you result, you will quickly become prepared to empower your devices to collect, refine, and store real-time data streams.

With a live demonstration, participants will discover how to

  • Update current embedded systems applications with data-driven design patterns,
  • Prepare for the most common integration obstacles in the device data management world,
  • Define device-level query strategies for advanced data collection campaigns,
  • Embed ITTIA DB into Arm Cortex-A/Cortex-M applications to prepare for the era of IoT and AI,
  • Significantly cut costs with data-driven embedded applications.
